How to Enable QR Payments on GS Vending / Coffee Machines with Payrallel

Overview

GS Vending is an official partner of Payrallel and has already completed full system integration.

This means:

No custom development is required
No hardware changes are needed
QR payments can be enabled with simple configuration

As a GS Vending customer, you can enable QR code payments on your vending or coffee machines by linking your Payrallel merchant account to the GS Vending system. This is done using an Access Token , which securely connects:

Your Payrallel merchant account (where funds are settled)
Your GS Vending machines (where payments are collected)

Part 1: Configure Payrallel

Step 1 — Login to Payrallel Admin

Go to: https://admin.payrallel.io (Please reach out to our friendly Payrallel Staff, if you have yet to receive your Payrallel Login Credentials)

Step 2 — Navigate to E-Commerce Sales Channel

On the Menu Bar on the Left, Click on Sales Channels. The Sub-Menu will appear. Then, select E-Commerce

Step 3 — Create a New Sales Channel

Click the “+ Add” button at the top right.

Step 4 — Configure the Sales Channel

Fill in the following:

Name: e.g. “QR Payments”
Accessibility: Select → QR Only
Payment Notification URL (IMPORTANT): REDACTED - Please reach out to the team to retrieve the URL

Then click Submit.

Step 5 — Retrieve Access Token

Once created, locate your new row (e.g. QR Payments)

Click Reveal under Access Token and the token will be copied automatically.

⚠️ Important:

Keep this token secure. It links your merchant account to the vending system.
